Advanced Zoom Skills-when and how to use tools and strategies
Workshops.
Workshops are offered as open programs where an individual can sign up, or, catered for your entire team. Workshops are held in person or on Zoom.
Presentations skills: There are two workshops available for this content area (up to 10 participants).
Are you or your team looking to improve their presentation skills in order to be more effective? These two workshops will lead them step by step through the process.
Workshop 1: Structure your content-learn strategies to make clear, concise, and effective presentations that are more informative and persuasive than anything you’ve done before.
Workshop 2: Deliver your content-learn what it takes to look and feel confident in a virtual or face to face environment
Facilitating or Teaching on Zoom: (90 minutes, up to 6 participants) In this workshop series you and up to five other people will get coaching from me to achieve your Zoom facilitation/teaching goals. A true opportunity to get hands on with the virtual tools and leave confident and able to lead meetings and classes with ease. Have you been holding out waiting to be back in the classroom or the studio with your students and now you’re thinking, maybe Zoom might be a good way to connect with more and different students? Or reconnect with past students? In this workshop you will get the hands on experience of learning and practicing facilitation strategies of Zoom, while on Zoom. You will leave with a plan for your next class.
Take the Mystery Out of Zoom: Learning strategies to create connections at meetings so you can be more effective at facilitation (up to 10 participants). In this workshop participants will learn strategies for how to successfully facilitate a virtual meeting using basic and advanced Zoom tools to spark meaningful interaction in their meetings. Most importantly is learning how, when, and why to utilize the different tools to increase engagement including reactions, chat, break out rooms, uploading files, sharing screen and sound. Participants are actively implementing the strategies being modeled. Participants will leave with an action plan and will have tried out the strategies.
Breakout Room Intensive: In this workshop you will learn why, when, and how to use breakouts. This is a hands on experience. You will learn how to put people into breakouts, how to bring people back, and what to do when they get back (up to 10 participants).

Virtual Event Planning and Production: Have you been asked to host an event for your organization? We plan the virtual event together. Prepare and practice so your event will go smoothly and you’ll know exactly what to say and do. Behind the scenes I run the breakout rooms and facilitate the event.
